Not display ticket after payment

I used IRCTC service to book ticket several times.

but today (04/02/08) i booked ticket for my father and relatives from Ahmedabad to Mumbai dated 11/02/08, after making payments from my credit card the ticket for printing not shown by the site and the page is expire, so i againg login and checked my booked ticket option but it shows that ticket is not booked.

then i called up to citibank to confirm that payment is made or not. they reply that payment is made and transaction no. is 088173 and amt is Rs.345/-.

I called up atleast 25 times on the IRCTC 24 hrs help? (sleeping) line is only ask you to press 1 or 2 or 9 and if you press 9 to spk to Executive than after 1 min. it will give you the message that the time is up exit the system GOOD BUY>>

I send 4 to 5 mails to care (again???)@irctc.co.in but no reply from them.

Kindly do the needful.
