I have submitted by ticket to IRCTC for cancellation & refund against PNR no. 2249024429 on 09.06.2008 as the ticket was under RAC status & i did not travelled due to non avialibility of confrmed reservation.

It was promised that teh refund would be credited back to my account within 60 -90 days. Till date i have not received the refund & i am not getting any response from IRCTC to my mails being sent to IRCTC regularly.
