Wrong deduction

Dear Concerned Authority,

I have booked a ticket on 25-Dec-08 on tatkal but at that time it has not shown as booked, so i have booked again. but after one hour i noticed that it has booked twice. And it has charged to me twice. Then i have cancelled it and they deducted a huge amount they have deducted 5700.00. PNR no # 8126922274.
