Ad behaviour by TTR southern railway

Hello,

This is to notify the indian railway on a very bad experience

My father and mother both aged 65 and 55 was travelling with the e ticket in B2 3 tier AC compartment on 15-01 from chennai to Ottapalam seat no 2 & 4

un fortunately they dint carry the ID Proof

Though They explained the TT literally threatened and behaved in a very harsh manner and insulted him

we could have given the ID no in case from my home via telephone

and TT charged 2316 rs as fine also and behaved in a very very rude manner

this is to register our greif on such a bad experience
