Refund of ticket regarding route change of the train

I have booked ticket from irctc.co.in dated on 14th of sept train no 2138, transaction id-0238555576, Pnr Number: 2409866839, after reaching bhatinda (bti) station i come to know that the train route has been changed, and so, won t be able to catch the train, therefore i want refund of my ticket, ... plz do, it as soon as possible,.,., .
