Hello Sir,

I have booked the ticket for 4 persons and their tickets are not confirmed in the chart so we havn't traveled through the same ticket on the journey date.

Details of the tickets are as below. I have filed the TDR for the same in FEB 09 and still the money is not given back to me.

Indian railway claim to refund money in 90 days but after 8 months passed and still they have not refunded the money yet.
