After intimation of rejected transaction by email, why is the railway reservation protocol of IRCTC delhi is charging for two tickets amuount of Rs.1440/-from credit card? It is should be redirected the amount same time when the transaction is cancelled by IRCTC themselves. Or system should not allow to accept the money transaction. And why is it taking long time to refund the money? Means it also one kind of open exploitaion done by IRCTC. Moreover, ICICI also never display reference of the refunding amount from IRCTC, in case of that how can a customer will know about the issue, unless the railway authority inform to the customer by email after completion of refunding to ICICI bank?
System should not allow at all to permit to accept the pay charge against the cancelled transaction by the railway resevation server of IRCTC. Comment on me please. With regards, Truly yours, Phuleswari Narzary
