One parcel was booked from Ludhiana vide docket No. 296494876 for IRIS Precision Toolings, D-205 Prashant Vihar, Sector-14, Rohini, Delhi-110085. This parcel is not received by us so far. I lodged complaint for this on 27.10.09. Complaint No. is 955. But no results are obtained so far. Please take immediate action on the above as the material in the parcel is very important for my firm.
