Sir, i, on behalf of ASD SECURITIES, complain against the cassual view of your department abount my isdn connection. NT supplied by you for the isdn survices not working for last 3 months and i have pequested several responsible person on that behlf (sdo. kalyani, de external and inernal of bhatpara, area manager) but nothing been done by these eresponsible stuff of your institution.
i use this connection for my business and use emmencely and a regular payer for the survices but i can not use it properly for last 3 months.
hhope this may ring a alarm to your institution aboutthe quality of survices you provide for your commercial usser.
