I purchased a solitaire diamond ring for Rs. 18, 800/- online in September from this irresponsible jeweller and paid the amount to his ICICI Bank a/c. They shipped the item by speed post, which never reached me. It has been 7months past the purchase, they have neither shipped the item again nor refunded the amount. I have been in contact with them. They promised to send another ring, but none yet. They always try to keep off saying that they were not finding any solitaire of the same size/quality. Shame on you!!! Does it take more than 7 months to locate an identical solitaire??? Now I realize that I should not have trusted them at all. Well, let me see what the limits are.
