There is a property in karol bagh booked under uauthorised constuction at mcd records. recently monitoring committee apointed by honourable supreme court headed by mr. KG rao ordered mcd to seal the whole building (there are around 80 jewellery shops in this building) situated at gurudwara road .also dere is ongoing dispute among the shopowners and the matter is under tees hazari court. court had ordered the front showroom RAJMAHAL JEWELLERS not to construct a single thing inside the mall.
but in conspiracy with mcd and local karol bagh police owner of rajmahal jewellers constucted a wall in side the building and bribed the mcd for not to seal there showroom. mcd sealed rest of building leaving the rajmahal jewellers. also the matter is now under contempt of court against rajmahal jewellers. karol bagh police is also under vigilence and crime branch for supporting illegal activities under this matter. mcd is still fooling honourable monitoring committee about the matter. why the whole building is not sealed . i request monitoring committee to take immediate action against mcd and rajmahal jewellers. IS DERE ANY LAW N ORDER IN THIS COUNTRY.ANY BODY WITH LOTS MONEY CAN USE MCD AND POLICE ACCORDING TO HIM . SHAME TO MCD N SHAME TO DELHI POLICE
