Dear All,
I have been a member with ITBC for over a year now and keep receiving their redundant emails on various offers. I received two gifts delivered at my house last year and hence trusted the system.
I received a call a week ago from Gurbeer who told me I was eligible to receive a Samsung Star handset along with a two nights free package and a Return flight fare free for a payment of 10028 on my credcit card.
I authorized the payment over the IVR and I was informed of my booking ID number.
I was told I may call customer care at Customer Care: 1800 1022300
011-40502424.
When I contacted these numbers they were not aware of the order and asked me to call after 3 days.
I then wrote on [email protected] who keep sending me an auto response message that does not answer any of my queries. This happened even on the response message that I sent a few days ago.
Now 1 week later when I called the customer care number they say their systems are down and cannot trace my package details!!
If there is no way that I get a receipt for the money I paid then this would account to fradulent activity.
I have contacted all response addresses and numbers and have not received a single reply that says you guys are aware of the order!! Hence I would believe that the complaints (More thatn 1000) vested on the internet are true and that ITBC is a fradulent company that does not fulfill all orders.
If the guys at ITBC are watching this then it is about time you guys get your act together or the consumers will get together in bringing about your downfall.
I cannot find a single happy feedback on your company. Try searching your name on google and you will see what I mean.
