SUB:- COMPLAIN REGARDING COMPAQ PRESARIO DESKTOP
I have the honour to request you that I have purchase compaq presario computer on 24/8 from IT PLANET, GF-26 WINDSOR PLAZA, ALKAPURI, VADODARA, GUJARAT 390001, INDIA on the name of MR. UDAI PRATAP SINGH residing at PLOT NO. 57-59 TULSI NAGAR OPP. JASODA COLONY AIR FORCE MAKARPURA ROAD VADODARA GUJARAT 390014 INDIA . computer is desktop based for household use . this computer is in warranty period of 1 year from purchase date . my computer is not working properly. it works very slowly. In my opinion it is required to be formated and software to be updated. I asked my seller to give me service but he is now charging me amount form Rs. 1500 for Annual Maintenance Contract without spare parts and Rs. 2500 with spare parts he is also telling me to purchase antivirus software costing Rs. 1500-2050. I am not willing to pay this amount . because at the time of purchase he have given me the 1 year onsite warranty in which he told me to provide one year service free. I have paid VAT @ 4%. My speaker is also not working properly no voice is coming from it since last 1 monthmy system is compaq 1923IL SR. NO. INI 64103S . HE ALSO TOLD THAT IF ANY PROBLEM WILL OCCUR YOU PLEASE CONTACT TO HP CENTER . THEY WILL PROVIDE U DIRECT SERVICE FREE FOR 1 YEAR .
