Cash card expires without notice n no refund

When my card was about to expire after 24 months

i have asked itzcash wholeseller he told u do online recharge u your card will be again valid for 12 months

but it expires '

i m not able to understand

my alll 7 cards money r loss

plz tell co to co ordinate with me

or else i will take strict action

as u wish now
