Not delived our order and taken advance of Rs 20000 thousand

My self ashish thakur has given Rs 20000 thousand advance to dinesh and rohit kumar when they both are partners then they break their partnership just tell me what is our fault in this matter they both are not taking my calls and not giving any reply please help me out
