Non-receipt of admit cards

Dear Sir,

My g.daughters NEHA (Application form No. 8270205) and BHAWANA (Application No. 8270257) had online applied for JEE2009. Later on hard copies were also sent by speed post. In January in application status it was shown that the application have been recieved and eligibility criteria were being verified. So far we have not received the admit cards and the same website indicates that the application have not been received. Requested to help us urgently.
