Non-receipt of Pension Annuity Cheques for 2009

I did not receive the Pension Annuity Cheques of my Policy No; 212201179/Plan: 122 for the year 2009 (1-04 to 01--1). The mode of payment to be made is quarterly and the amount is Rs. 521.00 per quarterly.

This is also to inform you that it was a twin Policy the First one is No. 212201005 for which i am regularly getting cheques amounting R. 662.00 every month. Even yesterday I received cheques for the year 2010.

I cannot understand this discrepancy on the part of the LIC Office concerned. Not only that I am not even able to talk to Managers, telephonically (0512 - 2372656/2374146) because no one cares to respond or keeps the phone bussy all the time, there at the Zonal Office (Pension Cell Jeevan Akshaya/Jeevan Dhara), Kanpur.

I hope my this letter will receive a proper and expeditious responce.
