On 2nd August I paid 2500 through Union Bank but till today I have not received any kundli. People on the call centre numbers are very rude its been more than 3 months their is no sign on kundli. These are fraud people have no sympathy. I wish if the channel can stand up with stern steps against this frauds as they carry the responsibily for what they show on their channels and they should be held responsible for all the fraud;s on their channels. If they are not doing then the TV authority should ban the channels itself for showcasting such frauds and minting people's hard earned money and making a joke of their distress and problems.
