None payment of Money Back policy

Sir,

I have the honour to inform you that I have oppen a money Back policy vide Policy NO 440761390 Dt 28.3.09 at Jorhat BR II, After five years 28.3.02 I received 5, 000.00 But again after five years 28.3.07 I have not received any cheque from LIC Jorhat BR-II. Today I tolk Mr. Mali, vide his own Mobil No (9435102607) Asstt. Branch Manager Jorhat BR II, he tell me that My cheque is allready issue vide cheque NO 0113430 Dt 28.03.07 But I have not yet received any cheque till Now.

So I request your honour to do needfull action for my missing cheque at on early date
