Refund of Cancelled Amount

I had booked a ticket through Credit Card in my fathers name in Jetlite and the ticket was cancelled on 6th Dec at Domestic Airport, Delhi in Jet Lite Office. So far, the refund amount has not been credited to my credit card account. I am paying interest on the booking amount. I have already talked to Jetlite Call Centre and have already sent number of mails to Jet lite ([email protected]). The Call Centre informed me that the amount will be credited in my account within 48 hours. So far they have not done anything. The details about the Ticket is given below:

Ticket No: 7052161159170

FLIGHT NO: S2 6172, Date of Journey 07.12.2008.

Date of cancellation: 06.12.2008.at Domestic Airport, Delhi

PNR NO: KHKHRR

Kindly help me in solving the above problem.
