Refund of cancelled ticket

Dear sir,

I had booked a air ticket through Internet and cancelled later on. The details are as under :

Digital Receipt No : 82361

Flight No. S2 112 Class Y

Date of departure : 21.10.2006

Ticket No. 7056001625940

Cancellation No. DBA 763

Date of Cancellation : 18.08.2006

Amount: Rs 5800.00

Date of booking : 01.08.2006

Destination: DIB to DEL

Till date I had not received any refund for the above said cancelled air ticket. I had remind this to several times by email of Jet lite web site. But every time a computer generated email is received but after that no action.
