We [ 4 passengers with PNR No. FXPTHX] were confirmrd passengers of Flt S2-702 from Ghy to Kolkata on 13th Nov. However, at the last moment, while standing at the queue, we were informed that we would not be offered boarding as due to some 'problem'. We had to postpone our journey in spite of having confirmed tickets and hence ended up missing a very important business meeting amounting to loss of contracts worth great amounts besides facing harassment in having to stay in the airport for hours with no proper care.
In particular, we would like to draw attention to the most uncooperative and rude behaviour by a staff named Pallabi Bhuyan at the Guwahati counter.
This is a grave problem and the financial losses incurred by the lack of apathy on the part of the Jetlite authorities needs to be taken seriously. Through this forum, we would seek full compensation for the hardships and losses faced by us due to the callous attitude of the Jetlite authorities, besides demanding disciplinary action in the errant employees.
