Respected Sir,
My meter was replaced in March '08 but they didnot take reading since then because of their internal miscommunication. They kept on sending fixed billing & I kept on paying the same. On several request they took reading in the month of December '08. But from March '08 to December '08 what ever I have paid they didnot adjust that. They are still sending the higher bill.
I met the senior official in Karandih, Jamshedpur they also instructed the billing official to do the correction but they are not adjusting the bill. I have given several complaint letters but nothing brings justice.
With great anticipation I am mailing this letter and hope they will bill the correct and justified amount from next month onwords.
