Not received my licence

Sir,

i paid 17500/- rs (D.D. 837549 DATE OF 25/08 HDFC BANK) to INTERACTIVE TRADEX INDIA PRIVET LIMITED, ahmedabad, gujarat) for agency of railway ticket booking. i offnly request to the company for my licency copy. but they not reply me. so i want to know that how can i get my licence copy?
