Battery discharge problem

Dear Sir,

my mobile Sony Ericsson K310i take to Deep Services, 2A Shree Jee Mkt. 129 Nai Basti, Ghaziabad Ph. 0120-4373745, 9871901111 on dated 03.03.2008 and he ask me your problem solve in 2 days but after my call he ask me, this set send to company and he is give the set within 2 & 3 days but I call to Deep Services 4 to 5 times but as on date, he is not give the any information and he ask to me you call to customer care and after this i call to customer care two times but he is not give the any status. Deep Services & Sony Ericsson customer care not give the what time limit for this problem.

I further that, this phone send to Deep Services 2&3 times for this problem but he is not solve the this proplem and due to this problem my phone number is switch off from 14 days.

So. pl. give the updated information for this and give the what time limit for this.
