Not returning the handset

I handovered my handset model K750i with IMEI number 356018011569110 which is in NON WARRANTY status to the authorised service center of Sony Ericsson named as United Mobile Services. having mail id [email protected] located in Chennai. TamilNadu India. for

servicing on 15th March. So far they have not attending my handset and they are returning my

handset inspite of my several request. kindly help me to get back my handset with serviced condition
