I Purchased Tiles from Kajaria World. One of the most disturbing thing is almost every box supplied contains different shades of tiles. When I complained to your local office they send twice one person to check & some of the tiles replaced, again I found the same problem of varied shades, this happened again and again.
For this problem of different shades, I have to visit 7 times to your Ludhiana office to complain again & again telephonically also.
I am harassed very much as the Tiles fixed again is to be removed & again fixed this totally spoiled my wash rooms & caused lot of harassment, mental torture & financial loss of material & Labour.
