Sir,

This is to kindly inform you that I "Kamal arora" is having a saving account No. 448402010009155 in your Branch and received a ATM card no. 4213 6844 8401 4598 through your bank.

On 27.8.2009 on around 9.30 Pm in night, I wished to draw Rs.20, 000/- from ICICI Bank, situated at Mahipal pur petrol pump near Hotel Radisson, the process was smooth, but the money coming out was stuck up in the jaws of machine and could not be taken out by me and went back in to the machine, and on checking the balance, it shows minus Rs. 20, 000/-, which even did not come into my hands..

I request you to kindly lodge an immediately complaint for this and pay back the money into my account.
