Dear Sir,
I was shocked to receive the BroadBand bill for the month of October on 16/11.
Though I am using within 1 GB I received the bill for additional usage.
After verifing the usage for the month of October, I am sorry to state that till 15/10 I have used around 500 MB but it is noted that on only 16/10 it exceeded 1 GB i.e. on only one day it shows upload consumption of more than 500 MB which was very much shocking to me.
On 16th October itself it shows that I have exceeded 1 GB according to the online BSNL statement, but I have received the caution message of exceeding 1 GB on 28/10 only.
Why this delay is caused in sending the caution message?
Immediately I switched off my Internet connection on 28/10. I began using broad band service only on 1/11.
I feel misuse of my internet services without my knowledge. Please verify it.
Please let me know why CAUTION MESSAGE WAS SENT TO ME LATELY?
