I havenot receive my gold card pin no

Heloo

i am Dharmesh kumar swarnakar from jaipur i have not receive my gold card pin no. The AXIS BANK employees incorrect my address & my mo.no.in the kit & other documents.

However i try to the bank then they provided me to my kit in after 3 days when i reached there.

Now they lossed my gold debit card pin no.

Oftenly i go there but they did not give me sufficient answer.

i am suffering for last 1 months first i am not receiving my pin no. i want my gold card pin no. in jaipur (rajasthan) in c-scheme branch.

so,

kindly send me my duplicate pin no.
