Last month i went to Ration shop I bought wheat flour, oil and dal. I asked him to tell me the total amount how much to check my money and to buy rice. But he put the bill and told me the amount and tear the bill from book and gave to me. I said please don't tear and add rice because i have balance Rs.10/- with me hence, i asked him to put 5 kgs.(Re.1/- per kg). rice. But he said no i will not add this it will get wrong calculation so come to next month for this. I said sir, i took leave to my office to come to ration shop i am unable to get another day leave please put another bill for rice or add in this bill itself. He scolded me that no i can't put another bill only one bill only this time i can put like that. but i saw some people are having two / three bills with them for getting items. I begged him to help me. He strictly refused. Then next month i took leave to my office and went to ration shop at 11.30 am he stopped billing at 11.30. We asked him to put bill he said in next complex one death so we are closing shop come tomorrow (i.e) on 14-04-09 on tamil new' years day. One old man and woman requested him to put bill as they are coming from very far as we are old age in this hot once again we are unable to come so please put bill. He said why you are adament like child don';t you understand what i say i am closing the shop because of next compound death. Go come tomorrow and get all the things we will open the shop tomorrow he said. Next day we went to Ratio shop we surprised they were closed. What a ridiculas. Sir, you please think our positions and our difficulties. All these people getting salary from government and treating public like their servent. They are spoiling the Government name. Dear sir, They are not opening the shop of Sundays. We most of us are going offices hence, we request your goodself to please help us to get our consumable items properly. These people are working only up to 12.00 noon not in the evening also. Because of these problems we suffer very much. In some areas i saw they are opening evening up to 8.00 pm also. But in keelkattalai, no.11, paari nagar, they are only working morning up to 12.00 noon. That too they are harasing us very much. Dear sir, can you take a severe steps on that people and also i request your goodself to change their holiday from Sunday to Tuesday as per earlier days.
