I registered a complaint of No cooling about My Refrigerator (Kelvinator Model KRVi-195FF)
Complaint no GHA2908090629 on 30th Aug 09
A service person from the High Tech Services sec 64 Noida visited on 31st Aug 09 to inspect the refrigerator but could figure out the fault. Next day one of the engineer visited and diagnosed the problem and told that some parts has to be replaced in order to rectify the fault and provided the estimates of the repairs well. Also given the time lime of one day to carry out the repair.
I agreed and requested him to do the needful
Since then we are chasing the service person to resolve our complaint, the reason being given that the parts are not available.
To my wonder I am not able to understand these are the normal spares of an ordinary refrigerator why such a long time of one week is passed and still the parts are not acquired and my complaint is not being resolved. I had spoken to customer care twice during this time and every time the guy assured me of escalating this to the sr person for speedy resolution.
But nothing happened since last one week
