Kenstar air conditioner
AC not working from day 1

Hi! We had purchased an AC from Spencer Retail Ltd. the address is as below

Bhabola naka, Vasai Station Road

This AC was from Kenstar Model no. KT10GNSP, this was purchased for 13490 on 07/06/08, and since that day we have got no response from Spencer nor Kenstar, we have been approching both the parties since then as the AC is not working.

We would request you to please consider my appeal as we do not see any thing coming our way

Looking forward for a quick response from the forum, please help as I am sure there would be many more of my kind of consumers who will be facing the same kind endending problems
