I simply want that my water purifier - brand Kenstar - model Le-pure to be serviced, but I am waiting for it to be done since 10th Feb when I made my first request (LUC1002090194) to their (Videocon's as they have taken over Kenstar) call centre 18004194040.
Nobody from videocon serviced my water purifier until I made my second request for the same on 17th March (LUC1703090003) when I came to know that my previous request was closed from their side for unknown reason.
Again nobody from videocon serviced my water purifier until I made my third request for the same on 30th March (LUC3003090083) when I came to know that my previous request was closed from their side for unknown reason.
Unfortunately again nobody from videocon serviced my water purifier until I made my fourth request for the same on 20th April (LUC2004090488) when I came to know that my previous request was closed from their side for unknown reason.
I am really regretting for having purchased this water purifier - brand Kenstar - model Le-pure.
Is there anybody for help.
