Kenstar poor service as well as low quality parts used by them

Hi,

I have purchased a Kenstar room cooler with model slim line in the month of April '09,

In the month of May its pump stop functioning and when i compalined on there customer care centre than they told me that it will take 24hrs and by that time our service engineer will be there to check it but no bosy responded for the next 3 days and then after rigrous calling and all service engineer come and told me that pump need to be replaced and it will be replaced in another day as rite now pump is out of stock and than again no body turned up for next 3 days and on 4th day somebody come and repalces the pump and that to after calling me them again and again.

Now again in the month of June again the same problem occur again the pump got burnt and now when I again compaint no body came for 4 days and after that the pump is replaced in next 1 week.

So when I asked the service engineer what is the maater why this big name company usses such low quality pump he gave me ans I cant say' humko jo milta hai hum wahi lagate hai'.

After this what my conclusion is now the cooler is in waaranty so i compaint everymonth the pump gets rreplaced so once the warranty is over i have to spend more tahn 2000 everymonth to replace this pumo.

Its better to go for some road side local company instead of these big name company who uses low quality product and dont gve proper customer response.

I recommend nobody should ake Kenstar cooler thy r of no use.
