Dear Sir,
I purchased my Washing machine one and half years back. Still i am having warranty for my machine.
On 31st october i found problem in my washing machine and i registerd the complaint. They've promised that it'll be rectify within 48Hrs. Once again i registered the complaint on 2nd Nov and 3rd Nov. Atlast they transferred the complaint to chrompet branch. On 5th Nov service person came and found the problem (Belt & water tube). They promised it'll be rectified on friday (9th Nov) But they never turn back. From Friday i regularly making complaint to Ms. PRIYA but she hasn't responed my call. simply she cut down the call. MY complaint NUmber: K01023.
