We have buyed a micrwave model no. OM-20FCD on 8-1 its giving problem from starting. We have submitted a complaint earlier company person Mr. S.K Gupta from ambala city have taken our micrwave on 5-12 but today is 27-12 they have not returned us till now. Our complaint no. is KAR 0212080213.Please see to it as soon as possible. Every time there company person give us a excuse that there is no repair parts when it will come from company i will make it ok.please send repair parts earlier
