KENSTAR split AC KT18GNX 1.5T
Non Attendance of Warranty Free Servicing

Dear sir,

I had purchased two nos. 1.5T split AC Model no. KT 18GNX on 12.08.08 from M/s Next Stores at sec 18 NOIDA. These AC are under warranty & free servicing of these machines were due on 10.12.08, 10.04.09 & again on 10.08.09. However despite repeated requests, complaints & telephonic calls both at the dealer " Next Store" at NOIDA as well as to the KENSTAR service centre, no one has bothered to visit us for the servicing. Now the NEXT store has also closed down. Can you please help in getting these machines serviced. Our contact nos. 0120-2538940/9899876823.
