I have been booking complaints after complaints, but for some or other reason they keep closing it, and everytime i call to enquire the status i keep getting a new complain number with the standard response of "Someone will contact you within 24 hours". I recently spent several thousands of rupees on a previous complain, got the motor and controller card changed, which worked for about a month before breaking down again. So it pinches to have to throw away the machine after spending so much. I am severely of the opinion that Kenstar only has their sales force intact, and after-sales services is the worst i have ever seen. Can't even find any contact info to escalate the issue.
