Sir, authorised dealer of your product has refused to provide me proper service even after submitting my complain. They refused to show me the complain book, which I afraid has no more proper evidence left. But I even after submitting my complain with regard to fetch your attention towards the improper service provided by your company contrary to your claim. My Kent RO is not working for last 8 month. Please provide me proper service and take action against irregularities.
