I had bought a Bajaj-Avenger in the month of december - 2008. In January i gave the bike for first service and i was waiting in the showroom to check what they do. To my surprise, the supervisor who took the job order marked all false details in the job sheet (He marked scratches on tank, mudguard, flap and indicatiors) which actually was incorrect. I asked him to show me where i have scrathes, then he says normally bikes which comes for service would have some scraches so i marked for you as well and if some scratch happens by service team then we will have to replace it, hence marked scrached... Later i was sitting to check whether they do the service as per the service mentioned by the company, but they did not do any thing except wash and oil change... also i had teflon coating for which i had paid... I was just watching quitely... after sometime they parked the vehicle outside and said service is done and i need to pay 440/- and take... Its the worst service i have ever seen in my life... They are all ROBBERS... least bothered about the customer... some one need to take action against these kind of "Day Light ROBBERS"... Please join hands with me and suggest some way to take action against them...
