5 years back i purchased a kinetic zing hypothicated by UTI pune, through kinetic finance ernakulam kerala. last three years back i complete my cc but still i didn't get my orginal RC book and form for close my CC, i serveral time appproach my dealer and kintic finace office but didn't get a favourable answer. now time for tax payment date. i cann't pay the tax due to the lack of orginal RC book.what can i do?
