Non-receipt of refund

I cancelled my ticket for Chennai-Mumbai sector on 27th August and the refund order no 8459958 was even issued to me. The refund amount was Rs 4575. Eventhough, more than 2 months have passed, I have not received the refund amount. I sent many emails to the guestcare of Kingfisher (they even acknowledged the email), but to no avail.

Can you help me
