Today (04.12.2011) I travelled from Coimbatore To Sathyamangalam along with my wife by TNSTC bus PP Service in the morning and I paid Rs.29/-per ticket. Again on return from Sathyamangalam to Coimbatore at 7.25 p.m. I board the same TNSTC bus (PP) Service but the ticket fare was Rs.39/- per ticket.(I have paid Rs.175/- for 4 and 1/2 ticket) When I asked the conductor about the fare he simply replied that this is Mysore Bus so the ticket would be Rs.10/- extra per ticket. But There was no passenger from Mysore and I don't know whether the bus was coming from Mysore. But I saw the name of the cities which the bus is pass through are CH Nagaram, Thalavadi and Sathy. Though the bus was from Mysore, how can the fare raised. The conductor has not told anything regarding the fare while boarding so I thought the ticket will be Rs.29/- after the bus moved out of sathyamangalam. This type of cheating attitude is highly condemnable. Hence I requst the Corporation and Government to display the fare in each and every bus so that the people can know the fare and travel at their convenient.
