No replacement for leaking water cans

Hi

I have had terrible experience dealing with the Kinley water supply that is being provided to us in MRC Nagar.

Of late I have had 3 instances of leaking cans being delivered and which has not get replaced by the delear leading to a loss of about 240/- for me.

In spite of requesting for a replacement can by calling the customer service, the person who delivers teh cans says that he has not recieved any information from the customer service and does not allow us to call the customer service while he is in the house. he refuses to deliver the existing cans if we say we want to call the customer service while he is here saying he cannot waste his time!

And if we call up teh customer service after he has gone they say we shopuld have called up while the delivery person was there and then only they would have been able to help!! They are not even making any effort to replace the cans.

There is something fishy going on here and I have a strong suspicion that the customer service and teh delivery person are trying to cheat the customers by supplying leaking cans. Request you to please take action on this at teh earliest.

Till now no action has been taken in spite of complaining to the main branch supervisor.
