Amount wrongely debited from my a/c

Dear Sir/Mam,

I have used PNB debit card to withdraw cash from IDBI bank

atm/sigra Varanasi... on date 02/04/09

But the cash has not been withdrawn and my a/c balance is being debit by

Rs.5000/-instantely...

Then immediately I have informed to the atm channel manager of PNB atm

at Varanasi and informed to IDBI bank also.
