India Today Book Club (ITBC)
Non Refund of India Today Book Club Orde

India Today Book Club is one of the biggest cheater brand which is still running with a big brand name.

Never ever trust this company and never lure to any of their offers. They are in to online fraud business.

Even after 3 months I haven't received either my order or the refund.

Following is my full mail conversation where I am receiving the same copy paste reply always.

Apart from that I've made 5 calls to their call center avg. 20 mins each time over STD.

Now this is riduculous...

My order was of amount Rs 2298.00 (refer attachment) and you are telling me that I will get a refund of Rs. Rs. 748/-. Your executive had confirmed me during my first call that I'll get full refund and after that only I followed the refund process.

Are you some kind of company which is into online cheating business?

Please make sure that I get my full refund as committed by you.

Now again you are asking for 20 more days for my refund. So in all you are taking 58 days from the day when I made the refund request.

I need an explaination here for both matters as both are not acceptable to me.

This is withe reference to my refund reference number RE09002323.

As per the commitment given by your supervisor Mr. Ravi on 6th Jan (Call Ref No 295717) that I'll receive my refund back by 16th of Jan I would like to say that this commitment is not fulfilled.

I still have not received my refund back.

As per the advise of your executive Mr. Sami Hasan (call ref no 321391) today I am again forwarding my complaint of not receiving by refund to you.

I put my strong feedback to you that I found India Today Book Club's approach towards a customer's concern very very unprofessional. You are not meeting your commitments, you are not meeting your terms and conditions and you are replying in a very casual manner

which is not at all acceptable from customer point of view.

Take my refund issue on priority and revert back to me with updates.

If things are going in the same manner from your side then I will be forced to take some (legal or other) action from my side. Please take a serious note of it.

My order (Order ID: 997236980) has still not delivered to me even after two months.

Please refer the mail below for details.

Apart from that I contacted your call center also (Call No 244166) but get the same answer that my order will be delivered within 10 days.

Even in today's call (Call No 254473) the same promise is repeated.

You never intimitated me when you dispatched the order for the first time.

I didn't get any call from the courier company too in this regard.

Even after me being present at the given address during that period I am surprised that how the order can not be delivered.

Whenever I contact you (which is very irritating because I need to waith fro 10-15 mins over STD to get to the Agent) I get the same response that the order will be delivered in next 10 days. I am suffering because of none of my mistakes.

Now I no more trust you and can no more wait for my order.

I wanted to cancel my order.

As suggested by your call center Agent (Sarabjeet) today, I am including

[email protected] in CC to make the request for cancelling my order.

Please do the needful for cancelling my order and revert back to me with details that when I'll get my money back.
