I am a resident of Hosefed Complex SBS Nagar Ludhiana, Kone india has installed the Lifts in our apartment complex, our lift mantinence contract is also with Kone India, i have to make several complaints about the lift as their doors are not working properly and since i am having my apartment on 6th floor i have to suffer the most Kone india help line number is 18004254254, our Lift Number is 17404.We are facing this problem for about 6 months & numerous complaints are of no avail. Please take up the matter with Kone India as it is very difficult for elderly people to face lift break downs almost everyday.
