I have been trying to get in touch with the customer care dept for the past few days now. This is in refernece to my BOOKING ID number 440012314 pertaining to a Kodak camera 10..2 megapixel along with free gift vouchers for a holiday trip and a round trip air ticket. I was assured that i would recieve this within 10 working days by order execitive Ms. Megha/ NISHA when I confirmed my order for the same. Its been a few days beyond that and I have not received the same.. The contact number 011-40502424 is easy to get through, however no one comes on the line. Would apprec an early response about the whereabouts of the same.
