Complaint

I have took machine on 25th march and i got training i started production and i had sent the sample to check so that i can start the production but untill nw i haven't got any response behalf of that they are not even lifitng the call if they lift they will talk as of their wish.. i don't knw wht is the problem with them.. please help me out i had invested nearly, 1, 00, 000 rs for this untill nw i haven't got nothing out of it. k.p light traders contact person name is ANU, Preethi, Priyanka, Rahul and her no. is 09136749292.Some times they lift my phone but they are all talking together only and laughing also. like this happened so many times. I don't know what i do. please help me out... kindly give me a reply for this...
